We process personal data including name, identity, contact, photograph, vehicle registration, financial, transaction, marketing and communications, technical, usage and profile data. We do not process special categories of personal data.
Your personal data is treated as strictly confidential and is shared only with service providers, professional advisors, HMRC, regulators and other authorities where required. On rare occasions data may be shared with a third party for transport or service delivery purposes.
We keep personal data for no longer than reasonably necessary and retain data only for the purposes for which it was collected, in line with retention criteria and proposed destruction periods.
